Fully encapsulated components and main breaker; two quarter-turn screws to open

SynergEX EZFlex panelboards feature fully encapsulated components and main breaker, so that sparks and heat are not capable of igniting an explosive atmosphere.

This encapsulation allows for a lighter-weight, stainless steel enclosure that utilizes just two quarter-turn screws to open, rather than 70+ bolts as in traditional NEMA 7 enclosures.

SynergEX EZFlex panelboards provide overcurrent and short circuit protection for low voltage power, lighting and heat tracing applications in hazardous locations. The UL certified solution is now available with a unique patented EZFlex™ bus bar design that allows breaker interchangeability while providing the highest circuit count in the industry.
