Joshua Dueck: Certified Professional Sales Consultant!
We take professional development very seriously here at D.A.D. Sales, and that’s why we’re extremely pleased to congratulate our very own Joshua Dueck on achieving Certified Professional Sales Consultant certification from the Institute for Professional Advancement (IPA).
You may know Josh from previous positions he’s held in the industry, or you may have read about his love of Lego in our recent run-down of the AEA Lego Night, or maybe you read up on his bio here, but we’re excited to announce his completion of the CPSC program at the IPA.
Joshua spent considerable time on this professional certification. Training includes learning how to become your customer’s business partner and strengthen relationships, improving and finding your own communication style, sales ethics, and learning how to hear the needs of a customer. There were exams to write, and person-to-person training sessions and interviews.
Please join us in congratulating Joshua on this tremendous milestone!
What is the Institute for Professional Advancement?
The Institute for Professional Advancement (IPA) is the delivering body of programs developed by the Manufacturers’ Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF). For programs such as the Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) or the Certified Professional Sales Consultant (CPSC), IPA certifies the individual has completed the course of study and successfully exhibited the necessary skills through examinations to receive the certification.
Individuals that earn the CPMR or CPSC certification are required to recertify their designation(s) annually. This includes payment of dues and report continuing education activities to IPA.
